In view of this development, the Customs Area Controller of Apapa Port Command, Babatunde Olomu PHD, is billed to visit the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NGAFF) headquarters on Tuesday to interact with the leadership and members of NAGAFF with a view to carrying along the association in his administration.
It is on record that the ongoing customs modernisation is targeted towards ensuring that the customs ports and borders are made to be most friendly, competitive, efficient and revenue oriented.
It is also expected to reduce smuggling activities, facilitate trade and ensure e commerce application in the customs ports and borders @ B’odogwu indigenous revolution
