In a historic and unprecedented move, the United States government has declared a full-scale global offensive on illicit dollar holdings, targeting black market reserves, offshore accounts, and pallets of untraceable cash hidden in vaults around the world.

Under the newly passed “Global Corruption Accountability & Dollar Sanitization Act”, any USD found to be unregistered, hoarded, or associated with tax evasion or financial crimes will be invalidated and blacklisted through a sweeping digital traceability overhaul.

“If your dollars aren’t clean, they’re trash,” said a top official from the U.S. Treasury. “We are weaponizing transparency. The era of hiding wealth in the shadows is over.”

Key Measures Taking Effect Immediately:

New serial tracking system will invalidate unregistered dollar bills tied to black markets or criminal transactions.

Offshore banks must report all high-value cash dollar holdings within 90 days—or face U.S. sanctions and asset freezes.

Special task forces have already begun working with Interpol, FATF, and global whistleblower networks to expose hoarded U.S. cash in Dubai, Switzerland, the Caribbean, and parts of Africa and Asia.
