BoT Registration: New CAC certificate affirms Afolabi, Chukwura as authentic leaders of ANLCA

As a further confirmation of recognition, the Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC) has issued fresh certificate recognising Dr. Taiwo Afolabi and Chief Ozo Chukwura as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) Registered Board of Trustees (BoT).
The certificate issued on September 7, 2022 with registration number 6754 also listed Messrs Onyenaechi Offor, Emmanuel Azodo, Eniola Igbaroo, Ayokunle Abel, Aliyu Isa, Shamsudeen Awopeju and Christian Igwe as other members of ANLCA BoT.

The Chairman of SIFAX Group and proprietor of Marriot Hotel Lagos, Dr Taiwo Afolabi was elected the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) by his fell low BoT members in Lagos in a meeting at the Marriot Hotel Lagos, last year.
The Acting National President of ANLCA, Dr Kayode Farinto in a statement on Friday, elogised the BoT members for their leadership roles in the association.
He said that the issuance of the Registration Certification to the authentic BoT members of the association finally put to rest any further false claims to the BoTship of ANLCA by the expelled members of the association.
He said that it has come to the notice of the National Executive Committee (NECOM) that some fake executives of ANLCA is writing letters to stakeholders for recognition, saying the matter is being investigated.
Farinto, however, said that NECOM and the BoT of ANLCA remain open to peace with the dissident members who have been responsible the lingering crisis in the association.
