Breaking: Ododo, new Kogi Gov creates office of ‘Immediate Past Governor’ for his godfather

In a move that could be described as taking sycophancy to the most ridiculous height and trampling on the constitution, new governor of Kogi State, Ahmed Usman Ododo on his second day in office announced the creating of the Office of the Immediate Past Governor for his godfather Yahaya Bello.

This development, insiders say is to ensure Yahaya Bello keeps feeding fat from the state’s resources.

The office is to be domiciled in the Government House.
