Nigeria set to clinch victory at MOWCA election

The 16th Extraordinary Session of the Maritime Organisation for West and Central Africa (MOWCA) in Accra, Ghana.

The Director General, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr. Bashir Jamoh and other delegates from Nigeria and 24 other countries are participating in the General Assembly.
